The Emmons County Emergency Manager provides emergency coordination in the event of a natural disaster or terrorism attack. The Emergency Operations Center would be set up to provide resources to the emergency responders.

The County Superintendent of Schools serves as:

            Superintendent for one rural school

            Promotes coordination and cooperation among all school districts

            Compiles reports and statistics

            Coordinates county competitions

                            (Example: Spelling Bee, Math Counts)

The Risk Manager provides education for the safety of Emmons County Employees to maintain and accident free workplace.
